Treatment

Treatment

Treatment is an active engagement with reflection and change within oneself. It can be intense and hard work and feel like fighting windmills. It can be like surfing on emotions. You take responsibility for and ownership of your own problems. You commit to adapt your life, lifestyle, thoughts and emotions towards a better functional and more pleasurable self. Because you want this change or because it is needed for your own health or that of dear ones and others.
