Counselling chronically or terminally ill children and their families

“Those who learned to know death, rather than to fear and fight it, become our teachers about life”.
Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

“The reality is you will grieve forever. You will not get over the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again, but you will never be the same again. Nor should you be the same, nor should you want to”.

Michael Murphy

The Love, Loss, and Forgiveness project

http://www.llfnederland.nl/llf-internationaal/  , see https://vimeo.com/22219560 for an explanation about the essence of the Love, Loss and Forgiveness project founded by Michael Murphy who the director of iMindU had the honour to meet and learn from in 1989 and 1990 in Albany, NY, USA and later on in workshops in the Netherlands. We made home visits and had multidisciplinary meetings that were inspiring to all participants. In the same spirit and method we offer LLF family gatherings for all ages.
