Doorbell, door, staircase and waiting room at Rapenburg 34A
Please ring the lowest doorbell on the right hand side. It’s a video doorbell for your and our security. Since it’s a historic building, please be patient for the door to be opened and close the door well behind you. It may happen that we don’t hear the bell ringing, so if no one reacts after you touched the bell, try again after a few minutes and/or call us. Please take the staircase to the first floor. We regret there is no elevator in the building. Though there is a bench when you walk into the building, the waiting room is on the first floor.

Repeat medication, diagnosis/medication/Schengen statements

For repeat medication prescriptions, diagnosis, medication or Schengen statements, requests must be received by phone or e-mail before noon (12 o’clock midday) in order to allow for the prescription or statement to be processed in time if you need it that day. For requests that are late or at the last minute we cannot guarantee immediate prescription or processing of the statement. Allow 24 hours. Therefore, better make sure you have enough medication till your next appointment. Please request medication or a diagnosis or Schengen statement at least 2-4 weeks before you go on holiday, otherwise the CAK cannot proceed your request in time. Also, pharmacies may need at least 24 hours’ notice to have your medication available.

Please be aware that we will not give out statements but will provide you with a letter mentioning your diagnosis or medication which you can decide to show to third parties, as we are not allowed to make statements according to the KNMG guidelines.

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within less than 24 hours’ notice (or before the weekend or a holiday), please be aware this is considered ‘no show’ and will be charged in any case. See our ‘no show’ policy.
