When something keeps you from living your life in a way that feels right for you, it can start to become increasingly present over time. That “something” often originates in your past and is usually persistent, because it’s buried beneath a combination of unresolved experiences, resistance, and uncomfortable habits.

It can become the center of negative attention, showing up as dissatisfaction and disconnection from ourselves and the world around us. You may feel not good enough, insecure, or unable to be yourself. In short, you don’t feel free to be who you truly are.

The guidance I offer can help you focus on what really needs attention. It can calm the storms of your mind and help you find inner peace. Your body can begin to relax, and your whole being can start to feel whole again.

It requires a willingness to make space for this healing attention toward yourself. You don’t have to do it alone. As your therapist, I listen without judgment to what you truly express. Together, we look at what is difficult to face—without reactivating past responses. I am there with you through what may feel painful. We then reflect on what this means in the broader context of your life.

My work is grounded in a psychodynamic perspective, combining Eastern unity and awareness with Western practical psychological understanding. In my therapy sessions, I use a variety of techniques including psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), mindfulness, neuropsychotherapy, EMDR, and yoga.

Together, we embark on a journey until you truly experience the results of therapy in your daily life—as a renewed sense of flow and spaciousness in your own life stream.

We work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel better and free you from the grip of fear, depression, and emotional pain. I help you develop new skills and abilities, creating a stronger version of yourself, in the way that feels right for you. Many people describe this as developing a stronger sense of self.

All the qualities you need to build a stronger you are already within you—they may simply have been pushed aside by life’s events. A greater awareness allows us to make healthier choices, feel more connected, and work through what stands in our way.

Clients who complete therapy often report feeling stronger, viewing life more positively, feeling capable of handling the world again, enjoying life, sensing renewed energy flow, and developing compassion for themselves.
