iMindU GGZ is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, except on official public holidays.
Once or twice a year, we are closed for a full week and unavailable by phone or email. In 2025, this applies to December 24–29, 2025. During this period, please contact your GP, the out-of-hours GP service, or the Psychiatric Emergency Department (Psychiatrische Eerste Hulp) of GGZ Rivierduinen in Leiden in case of emergency.
We can be reached by phone from 08:45 to 16:00 at 071 – 203 50 60 for scheduling or rescheduling appointments, requesting prescriptions, or for (intercollegiate) consultations.
Between 12:00 and 13:00, the secretarial office is on break and available for emergencies only. In urgent cases, press 1.

For prescription requests, medication confirmations, diagnostic statements, or Schengen certificates, please submit your request at least 1–2 weeks in advance, particularly before travel or if you need it by a specific date.
We are a small team, and there may be reduced availability or absences due to training, illness, or vacation. Requests made at shorter notice cannot be guaranteed to be processed in time.
